Constantly available and flexible

We pride ourselves on being easy to deal with, constantly available and flexible. There are no hidden fees to worry about and we can lend up to 90% of the purchase price helping to maximise ROI.

Your Underwriter will be your point of contact throughout and you’ll be able to call them directly for an update, without having to constantly battle through a switchboard.

We lend between £25k to £1m on a short-term basis (typically 6-12 months with a minimum 4 months interest payable), so for those cheaper lots, we also have a solution.
