We never rest our decisions solely on basic credit checks or past financial performance — we make decisions on a case-by-case basis and go further to tailor our bridging loans to each individual customer’s conditions.
M’Cube Holdings is dedicated to ethical lending and committed to doing things the right way. We operate transparently, with no hidden fees, no exit charges, and no bureaucratic delays. This enables us to offer up to 90% LTV and release funds within seven days of application.
